ANDREW B. SPRADLIN

Drew was born and raised in Wheelersburg, Ohio, a small town in the rural southeastern part of the state. In 2008, he left Ohio for Elon University, where he was a two-time captain of the men’s basketball team and a Division One Academic All American. In 2012, Drew graduated cum laude from Elon with a B.A. in Political Science.
Drew then attended law school at Campbell University, graduating cum laude in 2016. After graduation, Drew joined Millberg Gordon Stewart.
Drew is a civil trial lawyer and has defended tort, employment, breach of contract, insurance, and commercial actions in the state and federal courts of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. He has defended companies in actions for general negligence, toxic tort, premises liability, product defect, breach of contract, and lawsuits involving employment matters and liability arising under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. He has tried serious cases to a verdict in South Carolina and Virginia.
Drew is married and resides with his wife, Gabi, in Raleigh. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys basketball, golf, reading, traveling, and playing with his labradoodle, Rudy.
